What are the Rocket Photo equipment requirements?

FAQ for Photographers

In order to be an approved photographer on Rocket Photo you must have a DSLR with interchangeable lenses. In certain cases, older DSLR models may not be approved.

During the application process, you will have the opportunity to list all of your equipment. You are required to include your camera body, lenses, and any other equipment that is necessary for the products you offer. If you offer drone products, you must include your drone equipment. If you offer 3D Tour, you must include your 3D camera (i.e. Matterport).

Below is the equipment section of the application where you can enter your camera body and lenses in the "Equipment" field and select from the drop down. In "Extras" you can include other equipment not found in the Equipment drop down.

Equipment is only one factor taken into account for approval and will be used in conjunction with the other decision making factors, including portfolio photos and the professionalism of the profile (profile photo, cover photo, headline, and summary).
